Prospective students may reach out to CSE faculty members who they are interested in working with to ask about related research areas." GRE 完全不看（"GRE scores are not considered in the admissions review of PhD or Master's applications"，多处重复强调）。

系里同时明写「fee waiver for PhD applicants for FA2026 已关闭，FA2027 待秋季公布」。

TOEFL

Rackham 层面（rackham.umich.edu/admissions/applying/tests/，A）只给「英语能力证明的豁免条件」（母语者、本科/研究生学位全程英语授课等），没有列出 TOEFL/IELTS 的具体最低分数；CSE 招生 FAQ 与 How to Apply 页对 TOEFL 的措辞是「Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency, unless they meet one of the criteria for an exemption」，同样不带数字，直接链回 Rackham 的豁免条件页。

GRE

三处页面逐字重复：「GRE scores are not considered in the admissions review of PhD or Master's applications」「GRE scores are neither required nor considered in the admissions process」。

Rackham 统一费率（rackham.umich.edu/admissions/applying/application-fee-and-waivers/，A）：美国公民/永久居民 US$75；非美国公民 US$90；已在读 Rackham 学生 US$10。

Prospective students may reach out to CSE faculty members who they are interested in working with to ask about related research areas.（cse.engin.umich.edu/academics/graduate/admissions/，抓取 2026-08-18，A）
