- To Do sync not yet verified；task data may be stale.

English executive summary The Aug 13 PhaseGuard version has been delivered to Mengdi and Professor Jia, but advisor judgment on scope, soundness/completeness, and one real CUTLASS closure remains pending. Monday’s 1–2 PM Stephen discussion is on calendar; prepare concrete program shapes, strict/lazy baselines, and cost/quality observables. The next hard gates are USENIX Security registration and the poster-title form on Aug 19, followed by the poster PDF on Aug 24 and presentation on Aug 26. The $1,600 tuition payment still lacks a verified receipt. AAAI-27 AI Alignment is an intentional no-submit decision.
